Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go Review platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Go Review (Phuket, Thailand — "we", "us", "Go Review"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Go Review is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses collect, monitor, respond to, and showcase customer reviews across third-party review platforms. Specific features, limits, and capabilities depend on your subscription plan and may change over time at our reasonable discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by businesses and legal entities. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to bind the entity on whose behalf you sign up. Use of the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes is not contemplated by these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, fees, and payment

  • The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are shown at goreview.co/pricing.
  • Fees are charged in advance for the relevant billing period (monthly or annual, where available).
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.
  • We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice. New fees apply from your next renewal.
  • If payment fails and is not remedied within a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your account.
  • Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are your responsibility where applicable.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to manipulate review ratings unfairly, post fake reviews, incentivize specific star ratings, or otherwise violate the policies of any connected review platform (e.g. Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp).
  • Use the Service to send messages without proper consent under applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Go Review and all related trademarks, software, designs, and documentation are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yelp). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, outages, or policy changes that affect the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g. number of reviews collected, rating improvements, search ranking changes). Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO REVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; the limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Go Review harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your Customer Content where feasible.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Phuket, Thailand, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence where applicable.

15. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
  • These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Review regarding the Service.
